“Maxima stripped the property back to the bare walls and renovated the flat throughout. This included, new kitchen, new bathroom, complete central heating system, rewiring, new external door and double glazed window, new internal doors throughout, architraves and skirting’s. It was finished off with timber floors throughout. It was very comforting to leave the entire job to Andy to manage! The job involved plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and decorating. Maxima are a one stop shop of skilled workmen. What was really unique was that they took as much pride in it as if it was their own property. The finish was a very high standard, and was delivered exactly to our timescales. I would definitely recommend Maxima, they took all our worries away and just got on with the job, perfect “

Maxima where originally recommended to me by another employee who had previously worked for a housing provider in a similar field of work to Trinity Homeless Projects.
Trinity manages a range of shared houses, flats and Houses of Multiple Occupation and we have used Andy’s property maintenance services since 2014 to maintain the fabrics of our buildings, both internal and external to cover every type of repair, health & safety necessity and to keep our houses in line with regulation and legislation requirements. In addition to our on-going general maintenance works, Maxima has carried out refurbishments at some of our properties. More recently, Maxima has also provided us with Out of Hours Emergency Services.
One of the main reasons I like to use Maxima is that the whole team are very reliable, hard-working, polite and prompt. I feel the company is very conscientious in giving and providing their services, especially Out of Hours and always with a smile. This is particularly important as some of our tenants are vulnerable adults. I also feel they offer competitive prices for the services they provide. I like the feedback they provide when I ask for a quote, Andy/Paul will explain what a job entails and if other works may or may not be required. Before we had an arrangement regarding our Out of Hours repairs, Maxima have still come out to do emergency repairs and make things safe. I can't tell how much that means to know there is a dependable and responsive company who really do provide a service.
I have used Maxima Property Services personally to re-create my garden, lying turf, providing raised beds and a walled bar-b-q area. Every time I look out of my kitchen window I am delighted with the results and love to sit, rest, listen to the birds or potter about whenever I can, I love my outside space and find it therapeutic and regenerative!
